We were approached by the COO of leading multi-national brand that was going through significant transformational change.
As part of that business re-engineering we were engaged to source their Head of Facilities Management. We successfully sourced the individual and, once appointed, worked closely with them and the COO to source talent that was suitable to deliver the revised property & facilities strategy for the company. We were tasked with sourcing a significant number of Senior Managers into the property & FM teams that were not only skilled and experienced but were also an excellent fit for the company’s revised vision, values and ambitions. When that project was completed, we delivered outplacement support for those people who were no longer congruent with the new and improved company.

A leading EMEA FM company had an issue with their existing Talent Acquisition strategy which had resulted in the client paying way more for their experienced and skilled FM team than was necessary.
We delivered accurate market salary data that enabled our client to benchmark their current property & FM team against the market norm. This resulted in a restructure of the team and created a new Head of Property & FM role. We were engaged as their executive search partner to source talent for this newly created role. The assignment was time-sensitive so we delivered our final shortlist within 2 weeks and the successful candidate was in post just 5 weeks after commencing the search
