A leading EMEA FM company had an issue with their existing Talent Acquisition strategy which had resulted in the client paying way more for their experienced and skilled FM team than was necessary.
We delivered accurate market salary data that enabled our client to benchmark their current property & FM team against the market norm. This resulted in a restructure of the team and created a new Head of Property & FM role.
We were engaged as their executive search partner to source talent for this newly created role. The assignment was time-sensitive so we delivered our final shortlist within 2 weeks and the successful candidate was in post just 5 weeks after commencing the search.
