After many years working in FM recruitment at large FTSE companies and boutique recruiting firms I set up Talent FM in 2008. I am passionate about my company delivering exemplary levels of service to all our clients and candidates and I enjoy networking at industry events and being an industry thought leader. As the owner and founder of a busy recruitment company I don’t have a lot of spare time but in my downtime I spend time in fine dining restaurants and walk my dog, Wanda (a border terrier)! I love to travel and have scuba-dived in the Galapagos, hiked in Peru and visited the Great Wall of China but the more places I go to the more I want to see.
