Job Description

Are you a CAFM expert?  If so, we have an exciting opportunity that we'd like to talk to you about.   It can be home based but you would be expected to travel to the North West regularly.   This is a unique opportunity to help develop the functionality of a CAFM product that is set to disrupt the sector.  Perhaps you currently already work for a CAFM company and you'd like to consider a permanent new role?  We'd be interested in speaking with you too!

  • Working closely with the Expansive Development Team to recommend improvements to system
  • Create a user group highlighting any current systems issues and seek input from users regarding ongoing development of the system, playing a pro-active role in the development of the system as required.
Responsibilities
  • Support the product team with the product design
  • Represent the business to clients and suppliers
  • Manage client accounts and relationships to maintain a high level of retention
  • Capture and prioritise client requirements
  • Provide product and FM expertise to assist the sales process
  • Liaise with the development team to troubleshoot issues
  • Demonstrate product value to clients and prospects
  • Support the client onboarding process
  • Work with clients to ensure success in their projects
  • Stay abreast of FM industry knowledge and CAFM solutions
