- To ensure objectives are met through effective planning, allocation and monitoring of work for self and teams.
- To ensure effective recruitment, training and development of staff and ensure succession plans are in place for key positions.
- To ensure effective management of the cleaning provision within their control and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures in relation to safety, operations management, HR, recruitment, absence management, disciplinary procedures etc.
- Review, Create and Maintain a Healthy, Safe, and Secure Environment and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation.
- To review the effective management of processes, people and financial resources to maximise contract profitably, through efficient control procedures.
- To promote and develop Company services, keeping line manager informed of possible growth, development and business opportunities.
- To maintain operations, meet and exceed agreed quality standards, creating necessary conditions for productivity
- Experience within a commercial cleaning company
- At least 5 years experience
- Be able to demonstrate leadership skills
- Ideally BICS qualified
